Preksha, Seby & Bow Vow!
We met Preksha over a call while shooting in Lonavala and being referred by a client from Pune for a wedding in Mumbai. While all of this is irrelevant, everything comes together to make things happen. Let us break it down for you.
This story is filled with characters, all of them important in their own ways. From one who organized, to the one who executed and to all the others who enjoyed responsibly amidst the covid wave 2 and yes most important the one who negotiated Mr.Yash Gandhi from The Discover Events.
With warm greetings (Pun intended) we were well received at the Navy Nagar gates, as they heard the name Brigadier Pravin Shinde. While we stepped in to meet the Preksha (Bride-to-be) and Seby (Groom-to-be) we met Scotch, Ananya, Yash, Pratham, Pravin Sir, and a bunch of more kind humans until we finally reached her.
Over a quick intro, the show began and we were surprised at how much fun can you have in a small intimate setting. With a crowd of less the 25, the happiness / fun/ energy quotient was on point throughout the day.
While it took many hands to finish all the scotch, Scotch finished all the watermelon rinds and also made sure that everyone stayed up and loved.
कदाचित / शायद / May be - The third wheel
Well, this one began in the office with a common friend pushing a perfect match.
While it wasn't love at first sight, there was a cliffhanger in the first look that carried forward until both walked the aisle for each other.
When did all of it was realized?
Well, that part is quite subtle.
Add some thunderstorms and heavy downpours, bringing the city to a standstill.
To make it even more dramatic, let that city be Bombay and get them stuck for the night at their workplace.
दो/2/TWO - Our story with them
We always say, every story is different and this one was no exception with a team of 2 and a crowd of less than 25.
Realizing quickly that we were shooting at an Ex-Army personnel house, involved with multiple insurgency operations and at Kargil, we were all ears to all the other stories from the frontline.
Cut to...
Covid weddings are the same in a sense, we met them straight at the venue and got it all going in a go. A quick round of intro/BTS and flow for the day, we kept it simple with the team of दो/2/TWO.
For all that happened so quickly and beautifully, there is more to watch than to say.
